I will try to most of your questions. But I had an English Sheep Dog about 20 years ago. But I will try, This is in the US.
1. He was about 90 lbs so figure the cost.
2. Very big and friendly.
3. I really don't know we had a lot of land.
4. None that I know of.
5. Don't really know as he had a lot of land to run around.
6. Less then the hogs I was raising.
7. Maybe 4 cups of dry food a day, I really don't remember.
8. No he did not.
9. They need to be groomed a couple of times a week to keep looking good and you Willl get a good bunch of hair in the brush, If you don't brush them they wil get mated, I would get mine clipped down in the spring.
10. I have no idea.
11. They are great dogs with everyone.
12. None that I can think of.
13. Train them. I never had the problem.
14.Well I live in the US. About 3 to 4 feet tall and around 80 -90 lbs. You can figure it out.

The questions I can address quickly:

2. are they nice to live with?
YES!

3. would they be ok in an apartment/flat/small house/normal sized house?
Remember, OES are a herding breed, they need room to run. Cooping one up in a small space is asking for revenge -- see #4.

4. what are their down sides?
Don't take this personally, but ...
Never get a dog that is smarter than you.
OES will out smart you at every turn -- that's also what makes them so darned FUN.
They need a regular grooming schedule, they mat easily.

5. do they need lots of exercise?
Yes. They are very athletic.

8. do they bark alot?
Yes. But training can decrease that.

9. How much fur do they shed?
OES don't shed. Like poodles, they constantly grow their hair. So, again, grooming. I did mine with a simple short puppy cut twice a year. Also, brushing every day.

11. Are they nice with children?
Generally VERY nice with kids. But it depends on the individual animal.

12. What are their bad habbits?
They are very curious and very fun loving, often get themselves into goofy situations.
As mentioned above, if an OES doesn't like it's situation, they will take steps to let you know.
They're a big, hairy, smarty pants.

13. how to stop them from jumping up?
Training.

they're distinctly smart, yet like countless breeds, they're commonly obdurate or hardheaded. this would bring about human beings assuming they don't seem fairly as smart. On a aspect note, they're huge dogs and characteristic a large number of hair--it really is not any longer 100% brilliant she would are turning out to be stuck and electrocuted. I, personally, am extra of a barbed-cord woman (i'm scared to demise of electric powered fences) although i can see the position issues would have befell there to boot.
