Uh you can't. You can only try to protect yourself from germs. Unless you bring a microscope every where you go and get samples.....haha

There are germs all around you. They're around everbody and everything. If you're in general good health, they don't do you any harm. If you get a minor cut or scrape, just wash with soap and water. Don't worry about the germs - they're a part of natural world and some of them are helping your body do it's thing.

You might want to Google Microbiology its a fascinating subject ;)

Germs are everywhere, even in the air. They are to small to see individually, tho.

Buy some sterile agar filled petri plates and just leave it sit on the counter, then close it up, and in a few days you'll see "colonies" growing on the surface

Or place your unwashed hand on the plate, and you'll see germ colonies growing in the shape of your hand print.

You won't be able to identify which germs they are without a microscope and some reference material, tho.

Germs are EVERYWHERE!!! Every time I take my kids to the doctors office I come home sick! I would suggest that you invest in Lysol spray, hand sanitizer&BLEACH. $MONEY$ is the largest factor.($1.00&20.00 bills travel faster then any other currency).
