especially when your eyes water and you pull the face you usually do when you are about to sneeze and then nothing,

What am I missing?
I've never been able to have a fully fledged "projectile" sneeze in my life, maybe it's a shyness thing?
But yes, I always feel after my stifled sneeze that I could have had something more, and that I somehow missed out.
However I have never "gone for it".

Other than looking at a lightbulb, another way to get rid of that feeling is to press the tip of your tongue - hard - against the roof of your mouth and the feeling will pass. No idea why, but it works!

Yes! I'll run grab a tissue while making a really weird face so i don't sneeze before I get it and then it never happens..... it's like.......

yes, look towards the light next time, that usually brings the sneeze out.

yeah boy,,, that drives me nuts!!!Tell ya what to do. When you go to sneeze and it wont come, look into bright light.It helps, it really does!!.

tilt your head back all the way when you need to sneeze it works for me me everytime
