We broke up 3 mths ago and he still has some of my things with him like games. I don't expect him to return all the gifts but I want back all the stuff he borrowed from me and the stuff I left at his house before the break up!!!

I've asked him to mail those things back to me but he hasn't replied to me and hasn't done so. How can I get them back???

Talk in terms on how it would benifit him if he would return your things. Becuase you ask him for a favor.. and do you honestly think he wants to help YOU out? So lets try a different approach.. maybe word it in terms where it sounds like its benifiting him in some way.

-I can go get them myself so YOU can save gas?

-I'll pay for postage so YOUR not spending any money.

-Can I just grab this stuff so I dont bug YOU anymore?

-YOU wont have to see me if you mail them otherwise I might just have to bug ya and come over there and just grab my things myself and bug YOU.

All those things benifit ya in a way and sounds good for him too... so maybe you can come up with your own?

Hope this was helpful ;-)

OK you have ansk him and he refuse
you don't feel like taking him to court
then to have proof that you have ask send him a register letter and see if he ignore your request
for future refrence don't leave anything at a boyfriend house
that you might want back or have some value to you

as for now if you truly want this things back you might have to take him to court for them
Good luck

i think of it replaced into unfair of you to make david your bf once you're patently nevertheless in love including your ex. you should enable flow of your ex in the past you may extremely love your present day bf. settle for that robert is your ex, he's the previous and david is your present day and in all probability your destiny. in case you nevertheless cant enable flow of robert, then in line with threat you should interrupt up with david and variety your emotions out first.

demand them back or get a friend to pick them up. Also try going over there and talking to his parents. If that doesn't work then i hate to say it but get the police involved. Use that as a last resort.

I would let the stuff go. some people keep stuff just to aggravate you or get revenge. write him a sweet little letter saying "Please keep everything of mine you have in your possession and consider it a goodbye gift from me. good luck in the future" That puts you on the high road, but still tells him he's a jerk.

Bring paris hilton into the house and sneak them out while he is busy. Just kidding. If these valuables are important enough and worth enough money to make it worth your while then you can go to small claims court and if not then bring paris hilton with you.

hats part of the gamble when we date and break-up, just count it a loss of material items, but a gain of knowledge. sorry it happened, we learn many people are just jerks. so don't be one yourself, and just let it go, it is really a cheap lesson in life in the bigger picture of things.
