They sell a product called "GOOF OFF" It's used by professional painters to remove any unwanted paint. This stuff is extremely strong so use it in a well ventilated area. I would also recommend you use a face mask respirator. The kind with two charcoal filters and particle filters. Not just the flimsy white dust mask you pinch at your nose. Those are no good for fumes, just dust. Goof Off is available at Home Depot, Lowes, or any paint store.

there are some new graffiti removers on the market, contact a big paint store in your area. Being on brick makes it more difficult......but not impossible.

Paint over it or purchase some paint thinner and attempt to remove.

Try acetone. Better yet, if there's a janitorial supply store near you stop in a get some Vand-off. It comes in aerosol can. If that doesn't work.............sandblast it. Good luck
