To lose tummy fats. Do sit-up or stomach crunch every night before you sleep and everyday when u wake up in the morning. How many sit-ups to be effective. Start with 30-40 for 1st day and gradually increase to 60. Don't over strain yourself but don't give up too. As for boobs. Some chest expansion exercise before you sleep in the set 5 and in the morning. Some massaging everyday too, boobs take longer time take milk and beans every alternate day. Remember to take more when your menstruation cycle draws near. It will take more than 6 months to see effect. But for your tummy, it will look sexy and tone very soon as long as you don't stop. (Its proven) Good luck and you will come back and thank me few months later.

You can't target an area to lose weight from unless you get lipo. But a good cardio rountine will lose the poundage and exercises like curls will tone your stomach muscles so you'll look thinner through that area anyway.

As far as boobs go, you can't gain them. You either got them or you don't. Again toning exercises can help a little but without implants you can use a padded bra, cutlets, or just accept how your body is.

I have boobs and honestly I don't think they're that great. They don't stay perky forever and they get in the way and I can't wear a lot of cute tops because my bra shows or I look like a cheap tramp in them. I hop that makes you feel a litlle better : )

you cant choose which body part to lose the weight off - it just has to be overall weight loss.
when it comes to your boobs - get a padded bra, there are lots of silocone padding on the market - "fake it till you make it"!
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
