You truly love her, why does she not know this? She must not or she would not be with someone else.
I know that if a guy expressed he was truly in love with me I would be with him. But more importantly, you should not break them up as then you would lose her friendship as well. There is no real reason to hurry things along right?
Patience is a virtue and it is so important to support those we love, even when we do not always agree with them. This is unconditional love and it is easy to give when you truly love someone.
So, I am sorry to hear that has happened to you.
I wish I had more advice for you, that is a precarious situation.

That's a "no, no". Apparently you truly love her but she has no feelings for you so even if you get them to break up, what makes you think she would want to be with you. If you insist on this and they break up, eventually she will be some one else that might not be you, and you make them break up, and again and again and when she finds out that you had to do with this, boy, she will hate you for "ever". Be nice, if she breaks up with him then is when you come in the picture to try to start something nice with her. You have to know that what you do wrong to others, eventually bounces back. GOOD LUCK.

Talk to her about it. Tell her it's a fork in the road and although you certainly would rather not you can go forward without her.

you don't. you wait. if you are meant to be together, you will be. it's not fair to break into others' relationships, and it will always come back to haunt you.
