with the universe. Dao is "one is to experience the transcendent unity of all things, rather thean separation...Daosim is concerned with direct experience of the universe, accepting and cooperating with things as they are, not with setting standards of morality, not with labeling things as good or bad." From these two divergent thoughts which one would you agree with and why?

"The Dao that can be told is not the true Dao."

You're trying to compare two things which inherently can't be compared.

It is easy to oversimplify Daoism and it is an oversimplification to present it as a philosophical opposite of Christianity even though the two do not harmonize theologically. It would be inaccurate to say that Daoists see nothing as wrong. They do believe it is wrong for people to upset the balance of Yin and Yang for example. Christians do believe in good and evil but they are not dualists. They do believe in the sovereignty of God.

Clearly, Christianity is a better match than Daoism for westerners. Daoism is as you suggest, but its tenets do not seem natural for westerners in the same way that Christianity and related religions do.

Only God is perfectly good and in Him there is no evil. Evil can not exist in His presence. Evil will soon be no more.

There can be no 'meeting of minds' in this regard. There can be no harmony between good and evil they are not opposite ends of the same stick.
