no, it isnt. the first 20-30min of cardio body is burning carbs and only then start burning fat.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

No. That's only enough of a warmup to get your heartrate up to where it needs to be for cardiovascular benefit.
30 minutes is generally considered the bare minimum. Even that doesn't burn a lot of calories. If you're trying to lose weight, I would aim for at least an hour, more if your current fitness level and schedule will permit.
Why would you bother changing clothes, showering, etc. if you were only going to do it for 15 minutes. That hardly seems efficient.

Not at all. You should be exercising in your target heart rate about 40 minutes a day, 5 days a week to lose weight. You should also resistence train (weights and lunges and stuff) 3 times a week.
