I swore in and signed my contract in Feb of 2007, and ma scheduled to leave for basic on June 26th. I have never gotten a NAVY DEP id card, but know of some who have?

and have you asked your RECRUITER?! they are the ones who have that information. and not everyone gets them.

I was Army DEP and never needed a card. All you need is your enlistment paperwork with the dates for DEP signup and removal to active duty. DO NOT LOSE THAT PAPER!!

They don't just hand them out. You have to go to the ID processing place (where ever it is in your area) and have your picture taken and get it done yourself. Ask your recruiter where to go to get it.

Tip: Get there as early as possible. Most run on a first come first serve basis, and many actually only take a certain number of people a day.

Typical navy incompetence! Maybe this is why the navy has more jewish spies working for them than any other branch of the military!
