I don't have a lot of weight I need to remove I just need to tone my thighs and my butt. I would really like to have a bubble butt. Does anyone have any secrets? thanks

Yup, deffinately squats are the best. Lunges are good too, so do a lot of both.

I've noticed a real difference in my butt and thighs since I started riding my bike to work every day. even a stationary bike would work.

Lunges and squats!! You can do them at the gym or at home with hand weights.

you can't tone muscle and you can't spot reduce fat stores. decrease the body fat percentage until you see results.
