im trying to lose body fat so i can get a six pack .i had some heize tomatoe soup and i dont know if its good or bad can you help?

lots of salt and fat in canned soups, you are better off making your own.

The salt content is probably astronomical. I don't think any of those ready- made soups are good for you at ALL, much less on a diet.

Eat Campbell's tomato soup. Drink milk too<2% or less. Don't know how milk works but it does. If you want a six pack you will have to work your abs.

it has just over 100 calories per serving
but 6g of fat, and 1.4g salt

it is a cream soup afterall, if you really want to loose body fat and eat soup, plenty of veg soup-thoug not tinned have no calories at all, and no fat, healthy and filling. make a huge pot and freeze in individual servings

My mom can make the most delicious cauliflower soup ! It sounds strange.. and I didn't really think it would taste good the first time she made it, but it's incredible! :)

it probably has a lot of sodium, but there are definitely worse soups. next time try a low sodium version
