No. Adding an amplifier and subwoofer won't affect the power or signal going to the rest of the speakers. If you're happy with the sound, you don't have to change them. You may find that they sound better because you can reduce the bass in the stock speakers and let the subwoofer pick it up.

If the amp is just for the sub, no, you don't have to.

If the amp is a multi-channel that will power the sub and the speakers, you will need to replace the speakers with ones that match the watts RMS of the amp.

well it depends? do you want to spend the extra dough on the door speakers, which is probably a no because its a lexus, - (p.s- i dont know the year,) my concern is , are you hooking the subwoofer and amp to the original radio? from your question it seems like it! but if i was in your situation, i would hook up the subwoofer and amp, then see how it sounds first, then judge from there. give it a few weeks, then make your decison based on if you like the sound of them! i think that sould help!

Alot of cables...capacity wire, floor wire, rca cables, distant wire, speaker wire, and a fuse container. it would want to get really expensive. Your perfect wager is to %. up an Amp Wiring kit from an electronics keep. they can inform you precisely what guage (length in thickness) wire you want. wish this permits.

Well its not necessary but if you want clearer sound and a higher quality sound than its a good idea. Plus your putting more strain on the stock paper ones so its a good idea to switch.
