Theres this bird that comes out during the night time and it makes a very distinctive sound like a whistling. No other bird sounds like this. According to hispanics its a evil bird. If u know what im talking about and can give me a little bit more information please do.

there are many birds that come out at night, many of them make whistling sounds. If it is a short, sharp, single whistle it could be a night hawk. If it is a repeating cycle of notes, over and over again, it could be a whip-poor-will or chuck-wills-widow. All three of those I mentioned are in the night jar family. There are lots of other possibilities though.

it's a owl, and it's an evil bird to mice, you can check it by trying to imitate it's sound, if it's starts making sounds like a chicken it is an owl, and you have just made it angry, which is very bad if you are a mouse.

I believe your refering to the Bird Of Paradise. It's only considered evil because of it's tendance to fly up one's nose.

an owl... how do you know it's a bird? could be a reptile or a nocturnal mammal.
