the difference being that commandos are amphibious assault steally eyed dealers of death
the paras are the death from above mad men who fly into combat by their boot straps and deliver swift but deadly justice
or for simpltons paras wear a maroon machine(beret)and jump wings,
and commandos wear the coverted green beret and dagger!

i would say Commandos as you never heard of the Paras using the skill they have trained for being used that much anymore....
Cant remember last time in a war zone or any other zone Paras joined the fight by jumping out a plane.....
so to me Commandos.....
(please note not saying PARAS can not fight as they are a top fighting force..)

commandos without a doubt, the training is harder for a start and they have more credability. plus my man is marine. but i'm not biased since i also know a para and he admits himself commandos rock.
