Do you mean the "meaning" of it? Baked alaska is a dessert. Usually set on fire. There isn't really a meaning--just showcasing their talents as its not a really easy dessert to make. The reason they have a parade when they bring it out just b/c it looks really cool when its presented. Most cruiselines do some sort of song and dance each night--so why not one with a flaming dessert?

I'm sure they have a different song for each time, and different for each cruiseline as well. Mine did a congo line.

I think every cruise does the baked Alaska parade. It's really neat and fun and everyone loves the dessert. Yummy!!!

your question doesn't make sense. Should it be ...'what is the meaning of the baked Alaska parade song?'
Even so, I don't know the answer, I've never heard of it.
