Ignore it. Don't send them any reply and don't loose your money. It is a Nigerian scam.

Anything that comes from Nigeria is simple SCAM. Don't fall into this trap. In USA every year thousands of people especially senior citizen fall into some kind of SCAM from Nigeria and lose their entire life savings. Nigeria is the most troubled country and most corrupted country. I've been there and lived for 2 months. My God you may not belive the level of corruption there. If you compare Nigeria to India regarding corruption then you come to a conclusion that India is the most honest country. So please don't fall into this trap. Get out of it. Even the letter came from consulate still don't believe it.

Be VERY suspicious of anything coming out of Nigeria. I lived there for twelve years, and while corruption is rampant, and it is possible to bribe almost anyone to get almost anything -

that corruption is also the tool of scam and fraud artists who would love to trick you into spending money.

I think they want you to pay them some money to make other arrangements.

Well do not pay them, it is a scam, you never see any thing from them.
