I could ask you questions..... I have a sea green and gold bedspread with pillows and drapes to match. It is beautiful, but I need to put color to the walls there next. Do you think something like a royal blue would be too much???? I like blue

Blue? Not with that. I would stick with a more earthy tone. Sand; bronze; rust.....

Light blue, aqua, or pale green would complement the fabric.

If you are keen to use blue, I would say navy blue would be better than royal blue and perhaps just on one wall with the other walls being cream/sand.

sea green and gold? sounds like a really bad wedding scheme. I'd start all over, do something blue.
