can he get canadian nacionality direct?

well since ur spanish and your husband is nigerian than your baby will be spanish and nigerian. but since born in canada i guess will be conciderd danadian. just like if your parents are colombian but u r born in america you will be considered american but ur still colombian

your baby is Canadian (they have the "jus soli" law like the U.S, I think) but he is entitlted to Spanish citizenship for having a Spanish mother.

He will have DUAL nationality until he is 18, at which time he will be forced to choose one.
