Go to your local pharmacy and ask one of the pharmacists about stretch marks creams or lotions; I'm pretty sure that they keep them in stock in either Walgreens or CVS buddy!

Cellulite and stretchmarks are 2 different problems, and I would say that most creams aren't even effective.
Stretchmarks eventually fade over time. When you first get them, they are pinkish/red then they become white.
Pregnant moms generally use cocoa butter on their bellies, that's been proven to be effective.
But cellulite is a problem deep inside the skin. It occurs between your skin layer and the fat inside so a cream cannot penetrate and restore whatever damage there is.
Laser treatment and surgical procedures are the only useful solutions

Nothing will remove stretchmarks, however, there is a great product that will help fade the appearance of stretchmarks and will smooth them out..I have been using it for about 3 or 4 weeks....and I love it...even my doctor and husband have noticed the difference....it is Mary Kay's Cellu-Shape Contouring System...
