Congratulations on your weight loss! You are much healthier now. And really thats what its all about--being healthy enough to do things with your children and healthy enough to see them get married.

Age has a lot to do with it so check out a BMI site as well.

But here are some suggestions.

That really depends on your build. I would suggest not taking any answers on here too seriously. Your health is so important the answers strangers that can't see you or know your health habits can only give general answers. A nutritionist would probably be the best person to ask. Not being a doctor or nutritionist I would imagine you probably should way no less than what you do now. Yet, everyones build is different. Going to a nutritionist they can calibrate your body fat and suggest how you could change your diet to gain weight if you need to or if you are in fine health now.

No one can tell you your ideal weight, since it's based on your bone structure and amount of muscle you have.

Weight really is irrelevant. What you need is to determine your *body composition*. This will tell you what percentage of your weight comes from fat. I think for women, the normal healthy range is like 16--20% (don't hold me to that though!).

Call your local health club and see if they have the means to do a body composition analysis. If not, they should at least be able to tell you where you can get one.
