I think there are way to many guys out there rasing kids that are NOT THERES , yet the mother does not know who the dad is so she tells some poor (or should I say the richest of all the men) that its his. Even if you are married to someone women still lie about this. Just look at Anna Nicole, that little sl*t told a guy he was the dad then took it back and never let him see his little girl, thank god the bi*ch died so that the REAL father could be the good dad he wanted to be from the start.

Let the gov pay for it. They can fork over some money for something that matters for once. And if it turns out that the "father" is not the real father, make the stupid ho pay the bill for lieing. Why is it fair for men to pay for babies that are not theres?

If DNA testing was to be done on every child then were would the trust be between partners, so no think that would be wrong , ye there are girls that do sleep around and don't no who the father of the child is so in some cases then yes DNA testing would be used but only if you asked or payed for it .
As from your other little commit about the mother always no there the child mum , well there is a condition that if your a twin when conceived and one twin was to die its more than likely that you will absorb the dead twins DNA , so in yrs to come if that twin was to have a baby and for some reason needed a DNA test then it will come up as not there child , it only happens in 10 out of 100 cases but could still happen.

I can understand where you are coming from. My fiance had a relationship (previous to being with me) and was raising a child that he was told was his. In fact, when he kept hearing otherwise he went to court and requested a paternity test (which the judge agreed to as long as he paid for it) but the state only appealed the decison. In fact, not only did the state continually appeal the judge's ruling (out of financial concern) but the mother of the child lied and told the court that no one else could have fathered the child. Later on, when it became clear that her and the state were losing, she denied all child support payments until after the test results were read (clearly she knew he wasn't the father or at least had some doubt or she would have taken the payments). The state also made a bargain that if my fiance agreed not to sue them for the child support (he paid) and continued to pay (up until a certain amount) they would stop appealing the paternity test and take his name off the birth certificate. In the end, my fiance wasn't the father.
So, yes, I can relate to the question asked. My fiance can relate far more. However, we all have the responsibility of protecting ourselves. We can do that by using safe sex practices, not having mulitple sexual partners and just plain being truthful. Guys need to learn to recognize the red flags and request a DNA test before putting themselves in a situation, and woman need to be honest rather than lying out of desperation or embarassment.
Also, my fiance was told that some states already automatically perform paternity test before a father can sign a birth certificate.

No, i dont agree with you because there are women out there who lie about who the father is plus there are men who walk away from their child knowing 100 percent that the child is theirs. Is it fair to say all men will walk away from their children if the relationship ends and they should have some kind of system to make sure there is a fund for child support set up when people have kids incase the man leaves? come on dont blame all females for a few ho's that play games. men do the same ****

Wow - crazy much???
Hell No the last thing I want is unnessecary DNA testing - its like 300.00 a test by the way. I dont know anyone who lied or mislead there partners about who the "daddy is" where the hell do you live?
If an alleged father ever has doubts he can have the test done easily enough. Some "interesting women" might not know - there could be multiple possible father's so what do we test every guy in the area code?

That would be a big waste of money for two parents that already both knows who their child belongs to. And not all women lie or goes about ho'ing around. I have three children, I never ho'ed around and I know who their father is, they are split image of him. Plus over top of that, there are fathers out their raising children that doesn't have their blood(stepparent or adoption) but it's because the children didn't come from his sperm but from his heart, that goes the same way with the females that raises children(through adoption or stepparent), children grows from the heart with love.

Nope... There's enough welfare being paid to women who squirt out kids and never work.
Here's a thought... If men would STOP playing the "Me-man-got to screw everything with a vagina" game, there wouldn't BE that big an issue.
Keep your penis in your pants, and you can't be accused of being the daddy.
Let me guess, your brother or your boyfriend stupidly had sex with everything that would lay still, and got caught.
NO! Taxpayers should not have to pay for DNA testing for the w.hores who can't control themselves.

Here is a question to your question. Who is going to pay for all those many millions of DNA tests that would need to be performed every year?
