There are so many possibilities to this list of symptoms. It could be lupus, MS, Fibromyalgia and arthritis. I don't think it's lyme. You need to go to your medical doctor as soon as possible and get a thorough examination. Take along you're written list of symptoms for the doctor to read. It's much better when it's written then when you tell them, the written word is always more powerful.

I have an autoimmune disease - Lupus and some others that come along with it. There are over a hundred forms of autoimmune diseases, some presenting with like symptoms causing confusion in trying to distinguish one from the other. Then there are those like Crones which cannot be mistaken for Lupus or MS etc. From what you are describing it may be Fibromyalagia or an anxiety disorder. It does not sound like Lymes. Of course only extensive tests can better determine what is in fact occurring.

It is possible that it is both or overlapping disorders/diseases
I have many of your symptoms and I have Antiphospholipid Syndrome. I know of others that have many of your symptoms too.
