Women over 40 are self confident and assured. You will definitely have to have something to offer them. Most women over 40 that are single are financially stable and not looking for a 'boy' to take care of. They want a self assured, confident male who is independent and capable. I would try a gym, the library, even the grocery. If you see a woman you find interesting and she doesn't appear married, strike up a conversation. The weather, current events, the long line you are waiting in at the store, etc..... Don't be afraid to approach her and speak. A woman this age is looking for a man with some guts who is willing to put himself out there. I think some of the online dating sites are good. Women are into yoga these days. Check out a yoga class in your area. Church groups are good also. Oh by the way, 40 year old women are not ancient. We are at our sexual peak and we know what we want in that area too. We are not whiny and needy like younger women who cling and beg.
