Is there any way to convert Windows Xp Professional to Windows xp Media Center Edition without upgrading using the full version windows xp media center edition cd?

I mean, are there any patches to convert xp pro to MCE??

Thiss cannot actually be done. The closest that can happen is to remake the experience by changing the XP Theme to a XP Media Center Theme. You can either copy one of the internet or copy the theme from a computer with Media Center Edition.

i have once downloaded a XP MCE upgrade one time, and it adds up features found in an XP MCE, but i forgot the site. just try to find it in ur fave search engine.
