Why cant Christians just save the ignorant the sin of blasphemy by saying Jesus and God were seperate entities.
Then when the ignorant insult Jesus or his teachings, they wouldnt be directly insulting God

We didn't "mak[e] Jesus a relative of God", that's who he is. Second, people insult God by denying this relationship and thereby implying that God is a liar when the bible states their relationship. Third, people are going to insult God anyway so how big of a difference would it make anyway?

Jesus is the SON while God is the FATHER..God gave Jesus to the people to save us from our sins..and we call Jesus the Son of God..

We don't make Jesus a relative of God. He is the Son of God, by God's doing, not ours.
