Could it be a vitamin deficiency?? Vitamin B12 deficiency symptoms include headaches and migraines, fatigue and exhaustion, dizziness, depression, inability to concentrate, moodiness, irritability, head and hand sweating, chest pains and heart palpitations, nausea and vomiting, numbness and prickling and tingling in the outer extremities, constipation and insomnia.

When we are under added stress the body natural uses up more the B complex group of vitamins - B1, B2, B3, B5 B6 and B12. The B group of vitamins are a water soluble group. The human body can neither store or produce these vitamins and therefore we need to replenish them on a daily basis.

B12 is supplied primarily by animal products, since plant products usually don't contain it. The only exceptions I can think of would be sea vegetables such as kelp, nori or spirulina.

Perhaps she needs to increase her intake of foods rich in vitamin B12. ie: yeast, liver, beef, eggs, milk, chese and fish, kidney and pork.

Also get yourself some good quality multi B complex tablets. These are usually labelled Mega B complex tablets or Executive Stress B tablets.

I've got 3 school age children and honestly each and every time one of them complains of tummy ache, headache, too tired to do anything, grumpy and moody etc.etc.etc. they've been ditching their school lunch in favor of whatever junk food they've bought!! I know its really easy jus to grab whatever is going but usually our body will let us know pretty quickly when the all important B vitamins are missing in our diets.

Hey, chin up, the best part is that as soon as you correct the nutritional deficiency your symptoms will rapidly disappear - within the hour or even less!!

crunch the tablet up with the underneath of a spoon on a plate, add a little jam to the tablet, mix up well then she can take it.
I dont know about the headaches, i did suffer when i was around that age of miagranes, till i was about 16 i think if i remember correctly, i used to get sick from them, hopefully it wont progress to that, but the best thing to do is take your daughter to the doctors for a accurate answer.

Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at

while i became into little, if I complained of disease and tried to get out of going to college, my mom could on the instant say "you're ill? in case you opt for, i will make an appointment so which you would be able to pass and notice the physician perfect away." maximum teenagers could fairly spend an afternoon at school than spend a minute on the docs place of work. yet another subject to contemplate: you're saying it occurs once you place her in mattress and while she wakes up? could desire to she probable be having an allergic reaction to a minimum of something in her mattress room? you're able to be able to desire to choose her to work out her pediatrician besides, just to sse if there is any actual manifestation of any ailment or hypersensitive reaction.

could be allergies or eye strain (check eye sight near and far). try cold compress on forehead and/or back of neck. my chiropractor presses up with his fingertips on the back of my skull right where the neck meets. press for a few minutes.
