Where to obtain GMP certificates?!?

Question

Where would I obtain a certificate issued by a Regulatory Authority attesting the GMP compliance of a site in that country. To be more specific, I need GMP certificates for certain manufacturing plants within Europe. These are for large multinational companies such as Pfizer, GSK, Bayer, etc.
