I am looking for a ~meat slicer~. For my home, not for professional use. And not major expensive.?

We buy whole hams and it would be nice to slice the desired thickness we choose....but without purchasing an industrial size...or price. Found a plastic one once... very flimsy!! thanx.

Rival used to make a good one. I haven't checked the quality recently, however.

Rival makes a really good one that you can find at wal-mart for about 65 dollars, but if you are looking for cheaper they have one for 30. I can't vouch for it's quality, but the 65 dollar one is WONDERFUL. We use it to cut up all the deer meat we get during hunting season and have never had any complaints.
