You're too young to be thinking about this already. Do tell her how you feel about her, but don't propose yet. If you really feel the need to go a step beyond dating, try giving her a promise ring (it's just like a pre-engagement step). And please wait a while before taking any more permenant steps. When I was 20, thought that I was going to be with my boyfriend forever, and now 7 years later my life is completely different and better for it. You have so much of your life ahead of you, don't rush things like this. Just try to enjoy it, and if you are still together in five years you'll both be better for waiting.

Ah. The inocence of Youth. Have You actually talked this over with anyone other than people on the Internet? What does YouFamily think of the idea of You two marrying, You going to work, Her having children etc, etc, and of course, etc? Find someone to discuss this with before You make any moves. Think about the effect that marriage will have on Your life. You are still young. Enjoy Your youth whilst You have it.

Your situation is similar to your question, leaving no clues for the person who wants to give you some solution. Its not your mistake, its your age that tends you to do this. First prioritize things (career, parents, girl friend) in life, then go ahead and take it one by one. It can be anything since its your choice. If you want an answer for your life give us some more information or if you just want an answer for you question i'll give it to you right away.

Do you know the girl? Have you been dating? You are only 16 and certainly not ready to propose to anyone, let alone someone you don't have a relationship with.

I think you will scare her away. Try waiting a while until you are a little bit older and can really distiguish what you feel for her.
