If you can suggest for robot ethics, what can they do and they can not do??

Sci-Fi writter Issac Asimov came up with "The Three Laws of Robitics".

1. A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

These really apply to self aware robots not what we currently call robots that we're capable of making today. Our contemporary robots are really programmed machines. Get in the way of a robotic welder on a modern assembly line and you get seriously hurt. Its up to the designers and programmers to impliment safety devices to minimize the risks of injury and damage.
