do you often feel like this? cutting yourself can seem like a source of release for your emotions, especially when they build up to a point when you're so stressed...or to transfer emotional pain into more physical pain. however if you're not already used to cutting yourself, don't start, as it can get quite addictive. you are likely to benefit from some training in emotion regulation and distress tolerance. i may be jumping to conclusions but it sounds like maybe your emotional mind is quite dominant right now...but a wise mind is where an emotional and reasonable mind integrate.
To reduce vulnerability to an emotional mind, you should treat physical illnesses, balance eating, avoid mood altering drugs, balance sleep, exercise and build mastery of tasks you need to know. Part of emotion regulation is also increasing your positive emotions (positive activities, set goals, avoid avoiding), be mindful of positive experiences and be unmindful of worries. Letting go of emotional suffering is to observe the emotion and just describe it-don't judge it, and remember, you are not your emotion. it's part of accepting to experience the emotion.
Other ways to tolerate distress are to distract yourself, self-soothe through any one of your senses (e.g. aromatherapy is soothing to the smell while a hot bath may be soothing to the touch).
Be aware of trigger events and situations where you're likely to want to harm yourself and surf through the urge with such techniques as distraction and self-soothing
Bottom line, it's likely that your urges of wanting to hurt yourself are expressions of underlying problems, and it'd be great if you could get help from someone else or maybe even professional help...if it helps you to feel better, why not?

Listen killing yourself is not a good solution
why you might ask
let me tell you why
because when you are taking this decision you are been selfish you are not thinking about the people who surround you and care about you how much heart ache you will give them
cutting yourself with a knife wont solve nothing you are just running away from the problem face it at the end of the day everything has a solution except one thing death it's self
just think about all the people who will suffer if you do this and its a mistake that you wont be able to put right again once you have done it and apart from that who gave you the right to take your own life away did you create yourself ???

Um P.S--
Bleeding from small wicked gashes on your wrists will probably only cause more stress.

Plus it HURTS!

Believe me, my cat used to do it to me all the time.
I would suggest getting an animal such as a kitten or a puppy because they love you unconditionally and will always be there for you for many years to come!
Which is a great thing to know and also hugging a nice animal that loves you no matter what is a beautiful thing.

Just remind yourself that things could be worse.. you could be dead for one thing! And you ARENT! So thats good! :D

Just make th emost out of your life, sit back, take a little nap and breathe.
Youll figure it out without having to cause YOURSELF more pain.
preferably with a kitten.

I would suggest not doing it. I have been down that road before and while it does kill the pain momentarily, it does come back. Please either write it in a journal or even feel free to IM me to talk. Writing or talking it over can help clear a mind and even help formulate answers for dealing with the problems.

Its time to admit yourself to the hospital. No question about it. Please either have a friend drive you to emergency right now, or call 911 and ask the medics to come. Let the 911 operator know what you are thinking, and please put that knife away. Its not worth it and I can promise you that things do get better. Take the help while you still have the chance.

You CANNOT take it back once its done. Please call 911 right now.

I would say don't do it. But, you really have not provided much information as to your situation.

But really, take your life in perspective. Are you child that eats but once every couple of days and experiences sexual abuse on a daily basis, then having to scavenge for food in dumpsters?

Your going to waste your life when people who have such poor quality of life are striving to live. Don't be so foolish.
