2. Some company wants you to download their form, print it out so you can sign it with you own signature and get it back to them.
You can fax it back to them, mail it back or - scan it and send it back as an attachment.

In a Mfg. environment, there are 2 severe needs for scanning. First, to reproduction an present shape or trend of an merchandise to be reproduced; and then to evaluate the duplicate with the unique test for inspection applications.

first scanned image is of far better quality in compression to a digital came
1) if u want to have a picture in your presentation or for other use so u shoul use scanner for good quality
2)u can take a photcopy if u have scanner with printer

These examples have happened to me IRL.
1. When your boss hands you a 20 page document and wants it in his/her system asap spell checked and formatted.
2. For some bizarre reason, someone wants actual image of jellybeans/popcorn/shredded paper in a document.
