As a Christian, I don't waste my time worrying about it. Why should I bother judging others when I could be working on my own spiritual development? Also, your definition of a "true" Christian may not match another Christian's equally valid definition. And I tend to find that the people who shout the loudest about being a "true" anything while labeling all others are posers are usually the biggest frauds of all.

I don't think that is for us to judge, unless it's a person we know well enough. Some people may appear to be "worldly" but have the kindest of hearts. While others who are sticklers for obeying the law are not really living by the Spirit. Jesus said we will know them by their fruits. We will know them by their love for one another.

Many Christians are weak but not necessarily untrue. The transformation is an on-going process. There is justification and sanctification. God doesn't expect us to be perfect while we are here on earth because we are still living in our imperfect bodies made of flesh. He knows our hearts and knows His sheep. His grace is sufficient to cover our weaknesses and also there is the promise that He who has begun a good work in us shall work to complete it. I agree that there are those who are wolves dressed in sheep's clothing and are not only deceiving themselves but others as well. But God knows who they are.

Christianity is a loose term. You just have to believe in Jesus Christ to be Christian. The different sects have different beliefs on the true meaning of the word.

zero. There were only twelve christians and they are all dead. You can read all about them in the n.t. ALL believers became followers of the Spirit of truth within like Jesus told us to.

"If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed..." That's what Jesus said. Hear his teachings, live his teachings. And I would say know him intimately since he said that in that final day there will be those who tell him they have cast out demons and prophecied in His name, and He will respond that He never knew them (meaning they weren't really christians).
