Alternative medicine:
Take homeopathic remedy Silicea 6X: 3-4 globules/tablets 6 hourly.
It will dry out the water and also clear the ears from other accumulated deposits.
Cheers!

you can get some out by gently putting cotton bud in ear but DON'T go in very far as we can damage our inner ear..if the water was dirty then you may develop an ear infection..if it was clean i guess it will evaporate and the ear wax will protect .....i used to get bath water in my ear and it is not a good idea

take a piece of tissue, twist one corner into a thin rope, put the end in the ear, that will help get water out. repeat with dry tissue rope till you feel there is no more water in the ear.

tilt your head towards the ground and place the palm of your hand against your ear. Try do press back and forth and create a suction around your ear. This method works kind of like a plunger and it works for me every time.

If swinging your head to the side that has the water in it isn't enough. You may have to use a Q-tip
