hey dear, i had done this last year. i had made 'windows Xp advanced' (name given by me). i had made its original self bootable cds. it contains everything. if you want to do this i can help you lot. mail me with your detailed plan about win XP, softwares to install, boot image etc. bye

Not much, but what version of XP are you basing it on? Professional would be better in my opinion. Also, I would test it out on a virtual machine first. You could do this without even burning a CD, so you wouldn't be wasting one if it did not work right.

Well you can name it as your nickname transformation pack or something...up to you as long as it is not illegal.....but i think that if you modify window xp without the authorization of the owner then you might get in trouble....
