I can try... what is it that you would like to learn. and if you do not mind me asking where are you from so that I may be able to help you better, a good way to learn in case you are shy to talk to people would be to watch politics or a professional news station so that you can learn proper english and also you can listen to the radio especially you find music in english that you would like

I went to free school for 10 month; after that i was sent to work and it just came i guess practice is the best way.
