If you are a native Arabic speaker, go for Spanish otherwise Arabic is better.

I would first recommend that you research the language department at your college. In your research, you should ask questions about the availability of classes, the number of instructors, and the variety of other available resources. Presumably, depending on your college of course, there will be more resources and classes for Spanish rather than Arabic. Keep in mind that it's easier to incorporate language classes in your schedule when there is a multitude of classes than when there is only one or two available classes.

Depends on where you live and what your goals are in life. I live in the Detroit area, and we have a high population of Middle Easterners, so speaking Arabic would be a plus here. There are jobs here that pay six figures to those who can speak and write Arabic. I emphasize the writing part as there are many people that are in that community that are functionally illiterate - can speak but not read or write Arabic. It depends on where you live an what you want to do.

If you should decide to spend time in Maghreb, then definitely I assure that Arabic is the best choice. It is also a historically significant language and many texts are written in Arabic. Also, a lot of poetry. It is difficult to write, though.
