I need a program to transfer my picture from a mini dv to a dvd. I have a SONY DCR-HC18E minidv camcorder.?

If you have a PC, Windows comes bundled with Windows Movie Maker. This will allow you to download your videos, edit them and then burn them to DVD.

It should come with the nero software. I like to use nerovision express. It works like a dream. I also have a sony minidv camcorder.
