The fire rages on = El fuego sigue ardiendo/rugiendo

Volume= volúmen
Issue=número

El fuego ruge, or el fuego fiero ruge, something like that it's hard to tell when you have to translate rage...

Volume 1 = Volumen 1 or tomo 1(tomo means division in latin)

issue #1= Primera publicación, or just número 1, 2nd will be = número 2, revista numero 2, año 1 No. 2, there are many ways.

the fire rages on = el fuego furioso/enfurecido sigue...

volume = volùmen
issue = nùmero (for publications)

Honestly, that phrase doesn't exist literally in spanish.
