The fact that he can't walk straight is the most concerning part. Did the tire roll over him, or did you just bump him? Do you know where on his body he was struck? Without knowing this, it is impossible to give you great advice.
He could possibly have a head injury, causing him to stagger when he walks. The limping, while scary, is not life threatening. A head (or internal) injury IS. You really need to take him to the vet, but if you can't, keep him quiet and in his cage and CALL the vet. That way they can give you the best advice in your situation. Good Luck

Of course vet. Since it is a puppy, if you do not repair any damage to the bone structure of the pup it may always have a limp. Not to mention you don't know whether there's any internal damage.
Please be careful with pets, they love attention and especially at this young age they do not know what is dangerous. do not let them run freely without being supervised. Pets should always be kept away from moving vehicles.

When you take an animal in you are responsible for it for the duration of its life.
1) Take it to the vet now!
2)Do not allow dog outside unless on leash or in a fenced area
3)Sign the dog up for obedience school

Take it to the vet, and don't let it out of the cage when you aren't in the house, no matter how much it cries. It isn't hurting him to be in the cage, he just doesn't want to be in there and he is never going to learn to obey you if you let it do whatever it wants and secondly..take it to the vet.

Oh, my GAWD! TWO DAYS AGO, you ran over your puppy, and have not taken it to the vet?!!?!?! You aren't responsible enough to own a puppy....get it to the vet NOW!! This is considered severe animal neglect/abuse.

I hope by now the pup has been treated by a veterinarian and you are looking for a good home for the pup - accept that you are not the right owner yet for a puppy - and then please talk to others and get some resources before you get another one - Good luck and I hope the pup is okay

And this was early this morning & you still haven't taken this puppy to the vet
this dog could have broken legs, hips, a spinal injury & goodness only knows.........
Why oh Why are on the internet & not at the vet with this puppy????!!!??????
It is your responsibility to teach your dog & to protect it from harm......... if you are going to "free" your puppy, then please confine them to inside your home............ and Don't cage any dog for long periods of time --- this is just simply in-humane
When you were a kindergartner, did your parents allow you to "be free" and play unsupervised or in any manner that could be harmful to you?????

First, a rabies vaccination is solid for a minimum of three years. So in case your puppy had one, he's positive and so are you. 2d: "dogs and cats are person-pleasant rabies distributors and that i'm instructed that all of them have it and it really is more advantageous in doggies" ANY mammal (dogs, cat, human) that has rabies DIES, until eventually they get the anti-rabies series of images. So considering that there are dogs and cats alive on your us of a, you've been instructed incorrect, weren't you? And rabies isn't "more advantageous" in doggies or something else. that is like being pregnant: both you're or you're literally not. there is not any such element as a "ordinary" case of rabies....that is deadly. continuously.
