If your cd player is already installed and working then it should have a remote wire on it power wires. Usually is the blue wire with a white stripe. If not get a voltage tester and the wire that have power ONLY when the key ignition is turned on that's your remote wire. Don't mix it up by using the continuous power wire. That's the one that will always have power whenever the car is turned on or off.

Okay given that you have a aftermarket deck. Then more than likely there is a wiring kit present. The wiring is as followed in (95% of the time) Yellow is your 12v wire. It has constant power. The Black wire is your ground, no power ever. The Red wire is your remote wire, only has power when the key is turned to the aux, on or start position. Splice into your red wire and use electrical tape to prevent it from grounding out, touching metal.(bad) Have fun.

According to your deck's owner's manual, the amp remote output is a blue wire. Simply connect the remote wire from the amplifier to the blue wire behind the deck. If you also have a factory power antenna wire, just connect them all together.

As per your other question...
If you locate a fuse in the fuse panel that only has power when the car is on, you can use a fuse tap and run a fused wire (1 amp) from the fuse to a switch. From the other side of the switch run another wire to the REM connection on the amp. You DON"T have to worry about overlaoding the fuse in the fuse panel as the REM connection on the amp consumes less than 250mA.
This will allow for full control of the amp and you never have to worry about forgetting to turn the amp off.
