No. But it is a bit presumptuous, don't do you think?

I don't know that it's a sin but, no one person can know what God wants for everyone. That's not God's plan. And if someone were to go around telling everyone, "I know what God wants for you and you have to do this and that." He/she'd probably end up on a psych ward somewhere becuase someone would turn them in. Not only that but it would make that person awfully judgemental which isn't our place anyway.

What is to assume? God wants us to love Him and other people. No sin in that. In fact, He wants us to tell the world.

God does not "want" anything in particular; He gave man free will and can only hope that he will make the right decisions in order to return to the kingdom of Heaven. As long as you do not do anything really bad, i.e. killing someone, then it is still possible to achieve eternal life. But likewise if you commit any sin, i.e. lying to someone, there is always the potential of emotional damage, which you will have to deal with yourself. And the Lord knows it.

A sin that YOU think you know everything God has in plan for everyone? If you consider that being full of self and ego, it might fall in there somewhere.

No I do not think it's a sin. As long as you aren't judging. There isn't anything wrong with telling others what the Bible tells us.
Some people need and request the comfort of knowing that God loves them.

Acts 17:30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:
2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

I don't know, but then I don't really believe in sin, I believe in experiences and gaining the positive from them, regardless of how negative they may appear. However, I doubt any of us can know the mind of the divine, not completely, and literature is full of stories of those who attempted to play 'God' and the disasterous results.
Most of us struggle to know what's in store for ourselves, even though we chose it before we were born, so how any of us could know what 'God' had planned for others is beyond me.

It is major fals ego pride problem. Maybe a sin if you are wrong depending on each case. But I do know He wants everyone to be happy. But we have free will. What can He do, He won't violate that.
