Does anyone know what "Kharab to nehi hota, oodhar hi rahega tere hi liye siraf." means please?

I think it is stanza of a lyric written in Urdu/Hindi. The meaning is “It will not be decayed, will be there only for you”.

"I don't think it gets damaged, it will remain there just for the sake of you alone".

Second meaning.
It looks some body is handing over some thing sensitive, (that item has male gender) to some one, to take care for some time. Before receiving, the care taker is asking, "Would it not be rotted/damaged/decayed?, I'll keep it here and it will be there, only for the sake of you".
