The Mythbusters did a show (Episode 73) on devices, sprays, shields, laser LED arrays, etc., in an attempt to beat laser radar. None of them worked.

Well for one thing I don't think cops use L.I.D.A.R. radar guns to check for speeders, if that's your worry. However, since I could be wrong, I don't think there is a way to scramble the "signal." Hope this helps.

Is that the laser speed gun? Usually they point a laser at the license plate because it is the most reflective part of the car. Check on the web for anti-reflective license plate covers.

Stay within the speed limit. There is no other way that I am aware of that actually works and is legal.
