Yahshua was born in Bethleham in the province of Judea. He then moved to Egypt for a while then moved to Nazareth in the Province of Galalee. At the time of Yahshua's birth there was no territory nor country nor people called Palastine or Palastinians.

Born a Jew, in Bethlehem. Lived in Nazareth - where we've called Him Jesus of Nazareth. Palestine didn't exist then.

One thing for sure, that no one calls him, Jesus from Bethlehem, instead they call him Jesus a Nazarene. Because Mary was from Nazareth, Galilee; and Jesus also grew up in Nazareth.
I think it's in the vicinity of Palestine.
Fyi, you may get confused if you read the Gospel of Matthew and Gospel of Luke, because Matthew wrote that Jesus (and his family) flight to Egypt after he was born, but Luke said that he got back from Jerusalem to Galilee after he was born.
