I just read this book today. I'm really shocked and it got me to thinking. I know this book has been out for a while but everyone should read this book it's very interesting. When I started reading this book I told myself that I'm going to give up on believeing in god and worship satan or even be in the oucclit. Now I'm really thinking about giving that up and coming back to jesus after reading this book. I hope I don't have nightmares about the real hell now. Yeah this is a question so let me ask. Has anyone ever heard about this book? Or read it?

.If u want to make the decision now here it is.

read John 3:16 .GOD sent his son JESUS so when we believe in JESUS we have eternal life.JESUS lived a sinless life and gave up his life as a sacrifice so we can be sin free. Ask JESUS to come into your heart and forgive ur sins and
cleanse ur past with his blood.

With a simple prayer like above u can be saved.JESUS loves u and wants u to be saved.

Hell is a place of torment no one who sees it will not want to go there.

I have never read it, but I have heard great reviews of it, and hope to read it soon. As a christian this book interests me very much and I am glad it has had a possitive effect on you. I respect your personal choices but why root for the losing side. If you believe in the devil you beleive in god if you beleive in god you beleive in the bible if you beleive in the bible you believe the devil loses in the end. Do what you feel is right but I for one will follow the Prince of Peace, Jesus. Good luck and god bless. Don't allow others to hurt you or discourage you like people on this website. They tear down peolple that actually read. Self reflection is the key to success. Think on how the book affects you and listen to your heart. If that leaves you stumped talk with a preacher at a church somewhere about the book. I'm sure he would be glad to talk with you about it and how it could affect your life. As Teddy Roosevelt said "We are apart of everything we read" It is actually in the first person but whatever. Good luck brother.

No, I have not read this book but, I am so very happy that you did! Hell is real and I pray that you turn away from the practices you mentioned because I want you to in the presence of God!

You said you were thinking about "coming back to Jesus." I pray that when you do, that your relationship with Him will be genuine and eternal!

God bless you!

I actually have read the book recently and its scary to think how much our society jokes around about hell and trivializes it. Hell is a real place and people need to realize that. God doesn't send anyone there; people send themselves. God has given the free gift of salvation to all and its not His will that anyone should perish. Salvation and eternal happiness is so easy to obtain that it doesn't seem real. All you have to do is believe that Jesus paid for your sins once and for all on the cross and accept Him as your personal Lord and Savior. If you truly believe in Him, then you will never have to face the horrors mentioned in that book.

Also, ignore all the people who are acting like two-year-olds about "religion" or "imaginary friends." The Bible says that Christians are the light of the world and we shine in the darkness, but the darkness doesn't comprehend it. They make fun of and criticize the light because it exposes their wrongdoings and they don't like that.

Of course it shocked and frightened you. That's exactly what the author intended to do. That's because fear is one of the weapons Christians use to keep people in line.

Someone's hallucinations while having a near-death experience do not constitute proof of an afterlife. Read Susan Blackmore's "Dying to Live" before you waste your life with Christianity.

Oh, and don't waste your life on "satan" - he's just as mythical as that god character. You really need to spend some time reading books that are not authored by Christians if you value your life.

Is it called "Satan, Begone!"? Or the story of the 3 children at Fatima that saw hell due to a vision that Mary allowed them to see? I read these both and hell scares the hell out of me. Literally!

I don't worhsip God just so I can stay out of hell. I worship God because I believe He created it all and I love Him for that and I really, really, really want to meet Him and live forever in true happiness with Him. The thought of living in hell for just a week is horrible enough, but forever?!?!?

I assume you are referring to a book titled "23 minutes in Hell."
I have lived a long time and have experienced many bad things. I think most people go through their own hells and the duration is considerably more than 23 minutes.
This must be a very short book.
Nevertheless, anything that helps is a God-send.

I haven't heard of it but it sounds like a book several people I know of need to read. I hope you do come back to Jesus becuase He loves you and He is so awsome. You sure wouldn't want to spend eternity in a place like Hell.

OOh, I'm so scared! I have a stable idea about my afterlife, appartently unlike that guy who just let others decide his fate. I know where I'm going and it's not some middle eastern afterlife like heaven or hell. The Threat of Divine Retribution. Be good, or Daddy will squash you! You'd better get in line and start conforming like a good little sheep.

Ya know, here's one thing I've pondered and you may be just the person to ask.

If you were a believer, turned away from Christ (which would be considered blasphemy..unforgivable) than how can one be forgiven?

I hope you do come back, but do you (or is it just me) that sees a flaw in that.

Congrats on the self study and research!
