I don't know a lot about Wicca, and I hope some Wiccans reply, but here are my thoughts.
Modern Wiccans are not the same as the Goddess Worshipers of old.
The Old Timers probably didn't start any religious wars, but they also probably executed a few missionaries over the years. And human sacrifice was not an unheard of occurrence.
As for religious wars launched by Christians and Muslims, you should look closer at the causes. Religion might have been used as the publicly stated excuse, but the real causes were almost always monetary or political.

Wiccans have never started any wars. Wicca itself is a new religion started by Gerald Gardner back in the 1950's. Wicca is based upon ancient Pagan beleifs and celtic dieties. Those very beleifs upon which they are based are very ancient, predating Christianity by a few thousand years. When Christianity rose in population and power, the fueds ( and rather bloody at that) between the Pagans and the Christians ensued. Christianity won ( as was the law anyway at the time).

Wicca is a very new religion. New as in the last 50 years. Should not be confused with any of the ancient forms of Paganism. They are not barbaric at all.

Wicca originated in the 1950's. Considering there's been no news of any, major Wiccan uprisings since then, I believe the answer is "no." Typically pagans are too disorganized for such a venture.
And "Jesus Love" (*derisive snort @ the "love" part,) can't be any older than 10...just a guess.
QaHearts; You're wrong about the age of Wicca. It didn't exist before the '50s. You seem to be trying to claim the older forms of paganism as early Wicca, but this is not the case.

No, but we've only been around for about 60 years. Give us time. ;-)
Here are some links with information about Wicca.
A relatively objective (non-Wiccan) set of articles on what Wiccans do and believe:
http://www.religioustolerance.org/witchcra.htm
Another useful article:
http://www.religionfacts.com/neopaganism/paths/wicca.htm
A good site by Wiccans:
http://wicca.timerift.net
And the US Army Chaplains Handbook excerpt on Wicca:

If you're looking to do some reading, I'd recommend "Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner" by Scott Cunningham, and "The Triumph of the Moon" by Ronald Hutton. I advise you to stay away from anything by Silver Ravenwolf, for reasons outlined in the following essay:

it somewhat is a huge generalisation. Wars have not been began as such via atheism, yet persecution has been which has killed thousands and thousands of human beings (persecution of religions in Communist international locations). virtually all of wars are no longer non secular and are political. or maybe interestingly non secular conflicts are plenty greater complicated than purely a war between 2 thought structures. case in point, with the Lebanese Civil war, a number of Muslim and Christian communities have been allied; Syria invaded Lebanon in help of the Christians and then later switched factors, etc. i'm not sure Buddhism is immune from extremism. i'm going to would desire to make sure that out.

Wicca has only been around since the 1950s, perhaps the late 1940s, but that's protoWicca at best.
So, we've never been big enough to start-or be involved in-a religious war.

The Wiccan belief predates Christianity by thousands of years and it was made illegal by the Christian church around the 1500's. The made a come back in the 1950's. Their motto is "Harm None". They believe everything they give out comes back to them 10 fold. They are peace loving and do not wish harm on anyone.

Wicca began inthe 1880's. It's based on some older traditions, but it's a new thing all together. The Romans were pagan and conquered a lot of the Western world, but it wasn't in the name of religion.

There is no religion more barbaric with a long history of dead in its wake than Christianity.
