Weight Watchers and NutriSystem are both the same in that they are trying to help people manage what they eat. Weight loss is all about calories in vs. calories out.

Choose which ever you can stick with. If the food in weight watchers looks better, then go that route. If nutrisystem looks good to you then choose that one.

Boh of them work if you stick with it. That's the hard part. If you start cheating because you aren't fulfilled, or have emotional eating habits then both are going to be hard.

Quite honestly you don't need either of them. A healthy deit of veggies, fruits, lean meats, and whole grains does the trick. Question is do you want to pay someone else to do the work for you, or do you have the mental fortitude to change your grocery shoping habits and cooking habits yourself?

Trust me no one at either of those companies has figured out anything magical. You can do it on your own. Eat a slight calorie deficit than what a normal person your size is reccomended, exercise regularly and you will lose the weight.

In my opinion, weight watchers is the better choice. It teaches you how to eat healthy and live a healthy lifestyle. It's all about life changing habits rather than a quick-fix fad diet. It's relatively cheap, and it works! I lost 40 lbs.
