i really wanna drop sum pounds please help me guys =[

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I'm not a guy but I know alot about weight loss...first of all, you need to check your BMI (Body Mass Index) to find out if you really need to lose weight or not. Unless you really need to lose weight, it can be a very negative thing to do, and a start of a roller coaster ride that will mess up your system..

There are ways to lose weight but none are really easy. You can fast, and drink nothing but liquids, which is a pretty safe method.

Or you can do the no sugar, no flour way of eating, and it is a good way to eat and lose weight....You have to make it a way of life..Check out my source..take care...
